A bit more about what we did
Projectworq won the competitive tender and worked with the netball association to utilise a $0.75M grant to renew six of the aging surfaces at Ewing Park. By August 2022, Detailed Designs were completed and tendered during September with works scheduled to commence soon afterwards.
A challenging site on mixed fill, the works were completed in two stages to manage the budget effectively as ground conditons were worse than expected. Design changes during the works were quickly initaited and the revised methodology worked well. Practical Completion was issued in September 2023 with only minor defects to address.

- project scoping, value engineering options and management of scope changes when required
- specialist consultant tender issue and appointment
- budget management including monthly tracking and cash flow forecasting
- liaison with regulatory bodies
- preparation of documents for construction tender
- project management throughout construction, payment claims and variation management
